The AP-MDG-CoP partnered with the UNDP-FAO Hunger Campaign to facilitate an exchange between MDG practitioners in the region on hunger in the Asia Pacific. Analysis of the discussion will be printed as a UNDP RCC Hunger Briefing Paper in early 2009 and the next phase of discussion will continue soon afterwards.

Abolish Hunger
UNDP-FAO Hunger Bulliten: As the co-chairs of the United Nations Thematic Working Group on Poverty and Hunger, FAO-RAP and UNDP RCC launched a year long campaign to build constituency for much needed policy reform. This bulletin signifies the launch of this extensive hunger campaign, based on a seven point coalition of process, partnership and policy.
